👩⚕️ Registered Paediatric & District Nurse 👩👧👦 Mum of two 🌿 Founder & Director of the Te Anau Ukulele Festival ( TUF ) When Jackie picked up a ukulele she instantly fell in love with the joy, connection, and community this magical little four-string instrument creates. What started as a hobby quickly became a passion for bringing people together through music, fun, creativity, and friendship. 🎸 Jackie also founded her local band From The Top, a lively group known for playing local events, parties, and spreading good vibes wherever they go. 🌏 Inspired by her love of live music and the stunning beauty of Te Anau and Fiordland, Jackie founded TUF to celebrate music, culture, connection, and participation for all ages and skill levels — from total beginners to international performers. ✨ Her vision is simple: Bring people together, create unforgettable experiences, and put Te Anau on the world map as a must-visit ukulele festival destination! |
